Delivery takes 1-3 working days*
Delivery Times: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm)
* Working days exclude Saturday, Sundays and public holidays.

Free local delivery for orders above $50.00 
For deliveries below $50.00, delivery charge of $10.00 will apply​

The delivery address must be a Singapore residential or commercial office address. PAN-WEST reserves the right to reject any delivery address without giving any explanation.

Tax & Duties

For local delivery in Singapore, GST is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Singapore tax regulations. You DO NOT NEED to pay for any additional costs. At the point of checkout, you have been charged with the local sales tax (GST of 9%) for your purchases. There will not be any additional hidden costs billed upon delivery. 

Eligibility of tax refunds

With immediate effect, there will not be any tax refund for purchases made in PAN-WEST online store.
