1. How do I place my order?
- Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase and select the appropriate options (size, color, etc.).
- Click “ADD TO CART.”
- Continue shopping or click “Checkout” to complete your purchase.
- If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in, register, or check out as a guest. Provide a valid email address for order confirmation and communication.
- Before clicking “Place Order,” review your order details:
- Verify your delivery address.
- Apply any e-Gift Card or promo code (if applicable).
- Confirm the “Order Total” amount payable.
2. I'm experiencing difficulties placing an order on your website. What should I do?
- Try clearing your shopping cart and adding the products again.
- Ensure your internet connection is stable and check with your bank to confirm your card is enabled for online transactions.
3. How do I know if you have received my order?
- You should receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID within minutes. If you don’t receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam/junk mail. If it’s still not received, your order may have been unsuccessful; please place a new order promptly.
4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- You will receive your order within 1-3 working days after processing.
5. Can I self-collect in store?
- Please email us to confirm stock availability and wait for our confirmation before collecting your order at the store.
6. How will I know when it ships so I can arrange for someone to be available to receive it?
- You won’t receive an email notification when your product is ready to ship. However, you can check your order status via the inbox feature on our website to see if your order is fulfilled.
7. Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
- Deliveries are made only on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
8. Do you ship internationally?
- We mainly ship to Singapore. Shipping to other countries depends on the product and destination. For details, visit our shipping information page or contact us at golf@pan-west.com. Additional charges apply for international shipping, and any damage incurred during shipping is the customer's responsibility.
9. I have made an error in my order. How do I correct it?
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you receive the order and wish to return any items, please follow our return policy for a return or exchange. Alternatively, you can contact us at golf@pan-west.com for assistance.
10. What should I do if I received the wrong product or order?
- Contact our customer service team at golf@pan-west.com with details of your order and photos of the incorrect item. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Payments:
1. What type of payments do you accept?
- We accept payments via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Union Pay.
2. Is my transaction safe when I shop with you?
- Yes, we use secure payment processing systems to ensure your transaction is protected. Your payment information is handled securely through our payment processor.
3. Are there any traces of my credit card details on your website?
- No, we do not store your credit card details. Transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway, and we only receive confirmation of the payment status. A “reserved” amount on your credit card does not indicate a successful payment.
